Giving Philosophy
TTX Company is committed to creating a positive influence in the communities where we work and live. To achieve this, we actively support worthy organizations and causes that meet the needs of our communities and foster interest and commitment for volunteerism by TTX employees. Therefore, TTX financial giving should:
• Make a positive difference in the quality of life for our communities
• Reflect our corporate values (Knowledge, Professionalism, Integrity and Safety)
Business and Charitable Donations Committee
TTX has a Business and Charitable Donations Committee that reviews donation requests on a quarterly basis. This committee is comprised of employees from various departments and at various levels of responsibility throughout the Company.
Restrictions
TTX generally does not fund:
• Organizations which do not have 501(c)3 tax-exempt status
• Individuals
• Churches or religious organizations (other than educational institutions or unless a project benefits the community or addresses broader social issues such as a soup kitchen sponsored by or housed in a church)
• Organizations which direct their giving to address social issues or social concerns
• Athletic scholarships, programs or events
• Groups with business goals against the philosophy of TTX Company
• Advertising
• Solicitations for organization’s debt relief
• Labor organizations
• Animal rights organizations
• Conventions, conferences or seminars
• Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation or gender

When to Apply
TTX Company’s Business and Charitable Donations Committee meets quarterly to review requests. Organizations requesting prior to a quarter’s meeting will be notified whether they will receive a donation.
Matching Gifts Program
TTX also maintains a Matching Gifts Program for its employees.
